Good to know: time specifications refer to just PURE MASSAGE. Please provide additional time (approx. 30-45 minutes) for preliminarily talk, subsequent resting and

showering. You will find everything you need in the bathroom (towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, care products, hairdryer etc.).

Full body oil massage for deep, beneficial relaxation with warm (herbed or aromatic) oil of your choice on a heated massage table.

Full body oil massage combined with the typical ayurvedic head-treatment shirodhara at the end. Shirodhara means a treatment of

pouring warm oil onto the forehead forabout 15 minutes.

Full body oil massage combined with a half- hourly brisk raw silk glove treatment (Garshan).

This treatment begins with a massage of shoulder, arms and hands. After that a massage of face, head and neck will follow. Then the

typical ayurvedic head-treatment shirodhara will complete the experience. Shirodhara means a treatment of pouring warm oil onto the forehead

Enjoy a special body experience during this special time of your life! You can book all treatments for the same price, if you are

pregnant, but not before the 4th month of pregnancy.

The treatments take place on a special massage table for pregnant women. Your baby bump is held comfortably by an individually adjustable

plaid, so you can find deep relaxation in prone position. In case it is also possible to change

into lateral position. The Shirodhara- Treatment is only possible, if lying on your back still feels comfortable to you for about 20

minutes. Please inform me about your pregnancy, if you book a treatment.
